By accessing or using AI-Guard Lite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

AI-Guard Lite is an AI governance, compliance, and safety testing platform provided by Lumina Global Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service includes: • AI model registration and governance tracking • LLM safety testing and bias detection • Compliance management for EU AI Act, ISO 42001, GDPR, and other frameworks • Human rights impact assessments • Sustainability and carbon footprint tracking • Reporting and documentation tools • API access for integration

To use the Service, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

**Subscription Plans**: The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various plan tiers. Plan features and pricing are described on our website. **Free Trial**: New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. **Billing**: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. **Refunds**: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable. **Cancellation**: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. **Price Changes**: We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

**Ownership**: You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). **License**: You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide the Service. **Confidentiality**: We treat Your Data as confidential and protect it according to our Privacy Policy. **Data Processing**: When you use AI testing features, your prompts and model responses may be processed by third-party AI providers according to their terms. **Backup**: While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. **Deletion**: Upon account termination, Your Data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

**Our IP**: The Service, including all software, designs, documentation, and content, is owned by Lumina Global Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. **License to Use**: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. **Restrictions**: You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works • Reverse engineer or decompile the software • Remove proprietary notices • Use our trademarks without permission **Feedback**: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

The Service integrates with third-party services including: • **Supabase**: Database and authentication • **Stripe**: Payment processing • **AI Providers**: OpenAI, Anthropic, and others for model testing Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable • The Service will meet your specific requirements **Compliance Disclaimer**: While AI-Guard Lite helps you manage AI compliance, the Service does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your AI systems meet all applicable legal requirements. **Testing Disclaimer**: LLM safety scores and assessments are estimates based on automated testing. They should be used as guidance, not definitive determinations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumina Global Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your Data or content you submit • Your AI systems registered on the platform

**By You**: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account settings. **By Us**: We may suspend or terminate your access if you: • Violate these Terms • Fail to pay applicable fees • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Pose a security risk **Effect**: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive (like limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by: • Posting updated Terms on our website • Sending email notification to registered users • Displaying a notice within the Service Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
